200C Series

200C SERIES is comprised of closely woven, highly flexible continuous filament E glass braid that has been heat-treated to remove starches and oils and to set the braid.

200C SERIES is the product of choice for use in high temperature, low voltage applications. Its flexibility and expandability allow for use over irregular shapes which, coupled with its high degree of saturability, make these products ideal for use as coil insulation where varnish or vacuum pressure impregnation is used.

300B-Series

300B Series is comprised of specially formulated, lead-free poly vinyl chloride resin applied to premium electrical grade braided fiberglass sleeving.

300B Series is flame resistant, highly flexible, extremely abrasion resistant sleeving designed for use in class 130°C insulating systems.

300B Series is compatible with most commonly used insulating resin systems.

400F Series

400F Series is comprised of acrylic resin continuously coated over premium electrical grade braided fiberglass sleeving.

400F Series offers excellent flexibility, cut-through and mechanical abrasion resistance and is rated class 155ºC electrically. Acrylic sleeving is the work-horse of the motor, transformer and lighting industries.

400F Series is compatible with all magnet wire coatings as well as insulating varnishes such as polyesters, epoxies, phenolics and formvar; it is an approved component in most UL insulation systems.

470F Series is manufactured with a clear, modified acrylic resin which offers increased mechanical strength and improved thermal stability.

117-Series

TURBO 117 SERIES is manufactured with a clear, modified acrylic resin which offers increased mechanical strength and improved thermal stability.

TURBO 117 SERIES products exhibit extreme toughness, chemical and dielectric resistance at temperatures ranging from -70ºC to 200ºC

117E-Series

TURBO 117E is rated for continuous use at 200C. This product offers excellent resistance to moisture, ozone, radiation, and most chemicals and is suitable for use in under-the-hood automotive applications.

117F-Series

TURBO 117F is the flame retardant version, rated VW-1 by Underwriters Laboratory.

117G-Series

TURBO 117G HIGH VOLTAGE SLEEVING is available in voltage ratings up to 30 KV.

117U-Series

TURBO™ 117U is unsupported silicone rubber tubing produced from a custom formulated methyl-vinyl polysiloxane silicone rubber.

500R-Series

500R Series is comprised of specially formulated high temperature silicone rubber continuously applied over premium electrical grade braided fiberglass sleeving.

500R Series maintains its flexibility and insulating properties over a wide temperature range from -40ºC through its rated continuous use temperature of 200ºC.

500R Series is recommended for all high temperature applications and is listed in various hi-temp UL insulating systems.

547R Superstretch

SUPERSTRETCH is manufactured using a modified braid construction that allows 100% expansion of the inside diameter.

SUPERSTRETCH provides a snug "heat shrink"- like fit over irregular shapes while retaining all the benefits of standard silicone rubber sleeving.

SUPERSTRETCH is available in eight sizes that cover the entire spectrum of wire gauges. Allows reduced inventory.

700C- Series

700C Series is comprised of tightly woven electrical grade fiberglass braid that has been heat-cleaned and saturated with acrylic resin to resist fraying of cut ends.

700C Series provides space factor thermal and electrical insulation properties at temperatures up to 650ºC, with continuous operation at 450ºC.

700C Series products are available in a wide range of colors making it a good choice for color-coding leads on high temperature devices with an abrasion resistant protective sleeving.

800C-Series

800C Series is comprised of lightweight electrical grade braided fiberglass that has been subjected to various treatments dependent on intended use.

800C Series is typically used as abrasion resistant lead protection or as tie cord on high temperature motors and generators.

900-Series

HILEC 900

HILEC 900 is constructed from various types of monofilament loosely braided to form readily expandable wire routing and protective sleeving.

HILEC 900 products are available in a wide range of colors and sizes.

HILEC 900 is general purpose PET monofilament braid for applications up to 125C.

HILEC 920

HILEC 920 is flame retardant PET monofilament braid for applications up to 125C.

HILEC 930

HILEC 930 is HALAR monofilament braid offering flame retardance at temperatures up to 150C

HILEC 950 is the heavy wall general purpose PET monofilament braid providing double the abrasion resistance of standard products.
