Recomended Use

800C series products are used in high temperature, low voltage applications such as toasters, coffee makers and other small heating appliances. Their lightweight, flexibility and expandability allow for ease of application over irregular shapes. 800C series products, in the flat condition are also used as high temperature/ high strength lacing or tie cords in electric motors.

Physical Properties

800C series products exhibit high tensile strength, are non-flammable, heat resistant, and non-corrosive to metals. 800C series products have excellent resistance to moisture, fungus and chemical attack.

Availability

• Sizes:

800C series products are available in continuous spooled lengths ranging from 1/16” through ¾”. Lay flat width dimensions are approximately one half of the round diameters. Wall thickness is .008” - .010”.

• Colors:

818C, 828C and 838C are available in natural silver gray only. 858C is available in black, tan, red and yellow. Other colors may be available subject to minimum order quantities and/or set-up charges.
